He is described as a white male, early to mid forties, 6’00” tall, 150-160 pounds, slim build, wearing a baseball cap, tee shirt, blue jeans, and tennis shoes, and in need of a shave.
During the October 10th robbery, the lone white male entered the IBC bank and produced a note at the teller counter which stated that he wanted the “20’s 50’s and 100’s now. No joke, now.” The teller didn’t immediately realize that his note was a bank robbery attempt, and her slow response caused the man to threaten, “I’m not kidding. If you don’t start moving I will shoot someone.” He placed the cash into his back pants pocket and left the bank.
