agent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When your call is answered, a bot will start giving you options to steer the call through an automated system. Another described how they only got an automated message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>\u201cI tried contacting support but it always gives me a bot saying: &#8220;I&#8217;m sorry, but no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment\u2026.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can\u2019t get through this way, then you should try some of the other methods mentioned later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using live customer chat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may or may not see a live chat service on the Contact page. Instead, send a private message on either platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, some customers report on the Community forum that they do not get replies to repeated requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s still worth sending multiple requests on both platforms. If you\u2019re researching whether it\u2019s easy to reverse your decision, then you\u2019ve probably realized that it\u2019s actually quite difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I suggest that create a separate Business account instead of upgrading your Personal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should also be completely sure that you need a Business account. Don\u2019t create one while you\u2019re still in the thinking or planning phase of starting a business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The problem of required documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t need to provide much documentation when you open a Personal account. However, the requirements are more onerous for a Business account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PayPal may require you to go provide documents with your tax information.
