| Description: | Black Male with goatee, wearing one diamond stud earring in each ear. Blue and Red baseball type cap with unknown NBA team logo on the front. The suspect attempted to make a deposit but the teller told him he had filled the deposit slip out wrong. She instructed him to go and fill out the deposit slip correctly and bring it back to her. When he came back and handed her the depsoit slip, he also handed her a ban robbery note. |

| Narrative: | On 11-1-08 at 12:40 p.m. black male entered the Guaranty Bank located in Sugar Land, Texas and passed a note to the teller. The unknown suspect pulled a plastic bag from his jacket sleeve. The note said "give me all the money. Don't set no alarm off. Are you will be the first to die. Do it now." Victim teller complied to the suspect demands and he left the bank in an unknown direction of travel and vehicle. |
